Braks 10215b4631 update: create vue.d.ts files 
* add vue-tsc to emit d.ts files from vue components
* use absolute paths in components
* avoids conflicts with ts custom paths in vue-tsc generated vue.d.ts files

Braks dfd9e96356 fix: node selection rect not dragging correctly 
* issue comes from revue-draggable (has been fixed in 0.0.12) naming collision of the prop onDrag (callback fn) and the way JSX events are bound (onDrag instead of drag)

* issue came from some reactivity problems; a component shouldn't return null, else it'll basically do nothing ever again if it's not completely remounted
