Refactor/vanilla store utils (#3138)

* feat(stores): use vanilla store utils

* fix(store-utils): keep dimensions if possible

* feat(utils): add nodeDimension and panBy utils

* fix(svelte): use correct updateDim func

* refactor(react): cleanup store

* chore(tests): use new imports
